SHIPPING POLICY

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders submitted Monday through Friday typically ship within 3–5 business days. At that time, you’ll also receive a tracking number via email. Please review your order carefully before finalizing — once submitted, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Our Los Angeles–based warehouse generally processes orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales events or seasonal launches, standard Ground orders may require up to 10 additional business days. If you require expedited delivery, choose an express option at checkout. Expedited orders are prioritized and usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You’ll see options for Ground, Two‑Day, and Overnight shipping rates at checkout. Please ensure packages are delivered to a secure location. Currently, free shipping is not available.

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the courier and may change. The courier assumes responsibility once the package is in their hands — for any questions, please reach out directly to them.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to select regions, including Australia, Canada, the EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland), Japan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the UK. Duties, taxes, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you return an item after import, they will not be refunded and inbound return shipping will also be at your expense.
