RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Rodarte currently accepts returns of items in new, unworn condition with all tags attached, provided they are returned within 10 days of receipt. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For U.S. orders, a $25 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund. International returns will incur a fee (including duties/taxes) determined on a case-by-case basis and deducted from the refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change an item, please return the original for a refund (excluding original shipping costs), then place a new order. Returns that do not meet policy standards will be refused and returned to sender. For helpful size and fit guidance, please reach out to our Fashion Consultants in advance of ordering.

How to Return

Once you’ve decided to return an item, please follow these steps within 10 days of receiving your order:

  • Initiate your return through our website at rodartedress.com, and await return authorization.
  • Use the return shipping label provided after authorization to send your item.
  • Pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it remains unused with all brand and designer tags intact.
  • If the return package is not received within 10 days of authorization, the return will be rejected.
  • Avoid applying perfume, deodorant, or other scents to items, as these may render them non‑returnable.

International Returns

  • Initiate your return through rodartedress.com in the same way.
  • Use the provided shipping label after authorization.
  • Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging attached.
  • International returns will incur a return fee (inclusive of duties/taxes) that will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive confirmation by email regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days and will include product cost only (shipping fees excluded).
